Spirulina has changed my life! I want to briefly express how it has improved my wellbeing. I breathe better, and the fatigue has entirely vanished. Tinnitus is less bothersome, and my sexual function has improved, with more passion. The taste isn't great, but I bought the powder for a friend and opted for capsules for myself.

No morning fatigue
I bought the larger bottle for heavy metal detox and had read reviews about improved bowel movements but saw no change. I used a half to a full curry spoon each morning, and it took me 10 months to finish it. While I was concerned about its quality after opening, I found mixing it with mashed banana made the unique taste manageable. I don't know how effective the detox is, but I no longer experience the terrible fatigue I had in the mornings, so it may be working.

I wonder if I could keep drinking it all the time. Initially, I was unsure about the scent of algae, but surprisingly, it had the taste I liked. I enjoy it with miso soup and curry, and I'm considering repurchasing. The effects on my physical condition exceeded my expectations; the menstrual weight I struggled with has almost disappeared, and the fatigue from child-rearing is lighter.
